Celebrate the Irish and their Titanic legacy throughout the month of March. This is the fourth year Titanic Museum Attraction has used music, song and stories to honor the memory of the Irish men and women who built and sailed the ship. Everybody’s Irish this month at Titanic – the place to be for the wearin’ o’ the green and high-spirited shenanigans. T’is a grand family time you’ll be havin’ with mascots Molly & Carter and the Titanic crew.

Say Hello to Titanic’s New Mascots... Join the museum attraction as it pays tribute to the dogs on board the maiden voyage. Titanic will honor them with the debut of the ship’s new mascots, Molly and Carter. When you visit, be prepared to go overboard for these two loveable King Charles Spaniels. They’ll be here to welcome you aboard every day at the sound of the ship’s noon whistle.

Titanic returns to her roots to honor the magnificent driving machines that set the standard for elegant motoring. You’ll have a chance to meet British automotive royalty up close at the Greater Ozarks British Motoring Club’s Classic Car Show, an exclusive Titanic Museum Attraction event. See rare classic motor cars – Jaguars, MGAs, MGBs, Austin Healeys and more – all on public display from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Pull your own wheels into Titanic’s parking lot, where it’s always free.  (417 – we may have a 1912 Renault on display during this event – same type of car that was in Jim Cameron’s Titanic movie).

Saturday, Apr. 24 Tea with the Kewpies at Bonniebrook
Bonniebrook is famous for its annual spring Open House and Tea.  There’s always live entertainment and delicious light refreshments, plus tours of the Bonniebrook Museum and home, and it’s all free and open to the public. This family-friendly event takes place on Saturday afternoon at the family homestead of American artist Rose O'Neill.  The 2010 celebration will include a visit with live Kewpies from Hickman High School in Columbia, MO, where their school mascot has been the Kewpie since 1913!  Bonniebrook is eight miles north of Branson and 35 miles south of Springfield via U.S. Highway 65 at 485 Rose O'Neill Road in Walnut Shade.  For more information click on www.RoseONeill.org. or call Bonniebrook Historical Society at 800-KEWPIES.

It’s unanimous and indisputable – the Number One mother-daughter Titanic event is the Princess Tea Parties, held bi-annually in April and October. These elegant events introduce young ladies to the time-honored rituals of gracious living – from mini-manners and etiquette lessons to proper table settings, serving skills and polite conversation. A grand tour of the museum follows each Titanic Princess Tea Party. Reservations Required.

Saxaphone player Kenny G will be continuing his North American tour with tour dates that extend into early 2010. The final performance of Kenny G's tour will take place in Branson at The Mansion Theatre. Kenny G (born Kenneth Bruce Gorelick) has released nine studio length albums, the latest being 'Rhythm & Romance' which was released early last year.
